Sophia Doerschlag

Sophia’s practice began in high school, where she first connected with yoga as a powerful tool for cultivating mental resilience. She later completed her 200-hour RYT training with the intention of helping others find clarity within themselves and build strong, movement-centered communities rooted in healing. Her classes emphasize strength in the body and grace through all of life’s seasons, balancing moments of growth and expansion with rest, ease, and acceptance. Through breath, alignment, and mindful intention, Sophia invites students to meet themselves exactly where they are, fostering both steadiness and softness. She hopes each student leaves class feeling grounded, strong, and more deeply connected to themselves.
