Lucy Marr
Lucy started her yoga journey in 2019 with the simple intention of being able to touch her toes yet quickly learned the transformative power of mind-body connection. Informed by her training in Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, her classes emphasize intentional breathing (pranayama), presence in postures (asanas), and mindful meditation, sequenced to embody both ease and effort. As a full-time astrologer, Lucy's flows are inspired by nature and the energy of the moment, guided by the lunar phases and planetary aspects. Her teaching is curious and intuitive, encouraging students to feel where they are without judgment, while also holding space for self-trust and growth.
