Nicole Kalani Hart

A San Francisco Bay Area native, Nicole Kalani Hart began her formal yoga training at Yoga Garden SF (now Folk) in 2019, completing her 200-hour certification in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. She launched her teaching career across the Bay Area, offering public and private sessions—including specialized classes such as Senior Gentle Yoga and Yoga for Athletes at Sonoma Golf Club, as well as “Goat & Sheep Yoga” at Charlie’s Acres Animal Rescue Farm. In 2021, Nicole moved to Mexico to expand her teaching internationally. After completing her 300-hour certification with Swadhyaya Yoga School in Chacala, she launched Yogi Con Amor—a bilingual, heart-led offering grounded in movement, community, and aloha. While based in Puerto Vallarta, she taught in both English and Spanish, leading public classes at Yoga Vallarta and private experiences for individuals and small groups. Nicole brings a dynamic blend of movement expertise and client service to her work—drawing from her time as a cheerleader for the San Francisco 49ers and her background in luxury hospitality. Her teaching style is intuitive, welcoming, and rooted in care—offering soulful sequencing, accessible alignment, and thoughtful personalization to help students feel safe, strong, and seen. Now based back in San Francisco, Nicole continues to share her love of yoga through studio classes, private sessions, and immersive in-person experiences. Her work is grounded in presence, purpose, and the spirit of aloha that guides both her life and practice.
