Kaitlin Vavoso

While Yoga has been a part of Kaitlin’s life since she was a teenager, she experienced a series of injuries in her adult life that brought yoga to the forefront. Yoga helped her healing and brought awareness to the lack of embodiment in her day-to-day life. As a result, Kaitlin is passionate about helping people become more integrated, mind and body, through their practice. She completed her RYT 200 hour training and continues to love learning and deepening her practice.
