Amanda Malone
Amanda first discovered yoga in high school, attending classes with her mother. This initial spark remained with her as she continued to return to the practice intermittently throughout college. Upon moving to San Francisco, Amanda embraced yoga more fully, discovering a profound sense of empowerment and connection between mind and body through purposeful movement. In 2017, she completed her 200-hour teacher training and has been sharing her passion for yoga ever since. Amanda's classes have evolved over time, yet they consistently reflect her core values of autonomy, safety, and joy. In her classes, you can expect thoughtful and grounded intentions, seamlessly woven with breath work, flowing movements that dance to the rhythm of music, creative transitions, and deep, supported stretches. Amanda's classes are challenging, and meet students of all levels and experiences with modifications and extensions provided throughout each session.
